Day 1
Negombo
  • Upon your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative.
  • You’ll be driven to Negombo, where you can unwind and get ready for the exciting journey ahead.
Day 2
Kitulgala
  • After a refreshing night's sleep, start your adventure by heading to Kitulgala, a serene village located 95km from Colombo.
  • Renowned for its thrilling water sports and natural beauty, Kitulgala offers lush rainforests and rubber plantations with fantastic hiking trails.
  • The Kelani River provides exhilarating activities, including grade 3 white-water rafting!
D 3 & 4
Adam’s Peak
  • Begin your day early with a scenic catamaran ride across the Kelani River to Laxapana, the 8th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka.
  • Hike 18km through tea plantations to reach the waterfall, where you can enjoy a snack and breathtaking views.
  • Afterward, travel to the area and enjoy an overnight stay at your preferred accommodation, a perfect base for climbing Adam’s Peak.
  • Set off around midnight for a challenging 12km hike to Adam’s Peak to experience the stunning sunrise from the summit, known for the sacred footprint of Lord Buddha.
  • Spend the second night in your preferred accommodation, enjoying the tranquil views and exploring the local village.
Day 5
Koslanda
  • After a leisurely breakfast, depart for Lipton’s Seat.
  • Enjoy a 2.5-hour hike from Dambetenna Tea Estate to this spectacular viewpoint.
  • Descend through Nayabeddha estate and visit the Dambatenne tea factory to learn about the tea-making process.
  • Wrap up your day with a freshly brewed cup and a walk through the tea fields (walking distance: 16km).
6,7 & 8
Nuwara Eliya
  • After breakfast, hike to Bambarakanda, the tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka, where you can take a swim in the natural pool at its base (walking distance: 14km).
  • Then, transfer to Nuwara Eliya for a three-night stay in this picturesque town, known for its colonial architecture.
  • On the second day, trek from Idalgashinna, visiting Needwood tea plantation and Kotugodella Fort.
  • Enjoy a hike in Horton Plains National Park, a biodiversity hotspot with unique flora and fauna, featuring highlights like Baker’s waterfall and the ‘World’s End’ viewpoint (walking distance: 15km).

  • After a restful night, return to Negombo for your last evening.
